Cancellation Policy for Serenity Massage
At Serenity Massage, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for both one-time appointments and subscription plans.
1. Appointment Cancellations
- 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full session cost.
2. Subscription Plan Cancellations
- Monthly Subscription Plans:
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Any unused sessions in the current billing cycle will remain available until the end of that cycle but will not roll over after cancellation.
- Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable, except in the case of unforeseen medical or personal emergencies, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Freezing Subscriptions: Clients may request to freeze their subscription for up to 3 months per year due to travel, illness, or other circumstances. A $10/month hold fee may apply.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur fees.
4. Exceptions
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to provide sufficient notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.
